  • T.E.A.C.H. Paid Release Time Reimbursement to Sponsors is equal to FL minimum wage + $2.00/hr. Scholars must work 30+ hours per week to be eligible for paid release time.
  • Paid release time allows staff to have time to dedicate to their studies and be more successful in fulfilling their contracts and professional goals. Release time arrangements are meant to be flexible and meet both the Scholar and sponsoring program’s needs.
  • Participants can search the ECE Training Directory for participating schools, as well as credentialing and certificate eligible programs.
  • For degree-seeking models, Scholars will earn 9 – 18 college credit hours per contract on average.
  • Tiered bonus structure encourages progress within the scholar’s degree program. The higher bonus amount is awarded to scholars earning 13+ credits per contract.
  • Please note, undergraduate and Graduate level courses have a significant cost difference. Scholar and sponsor expenses may vary.
